ADVANCEMENT FRANCHISE AND FRANCHISE RULES IN MALAYSIA

Introduction

Business is a method of marketing or perhaps distribution when the franchisor (the person who is the owner of or founder of the business) grants the franchisee the right to use the brand/mark, the control secret, any confidential data, intellectual house, and the right to operate a small business according to the business system since determined by the franchisor within a specified term, at an agreed location. The Government of Malaysia (GOM) has recognized franchising because catalyst intended for increasing the amount of entrepreneurs in Malaysia and is also strongly supporting this project.
